Easy Roasted Green Beans

An easy, quick, foolproof recipe for roasting veggies! This is my absolute favorite way to eat fresh veggies.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds green beans washed and ends trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons seasoning blend of your choice

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Place beans on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt and seasoning. Toss beans to coat evenly.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, then stir beans around. Bake another 10 minutes.

Notes

Sometimes you can find pre-trimmed, pre-washed green beans in the store, which will cut prep time tremendously. If you can't find them, line up a row of beans so you can trim many ends at once. One by one will take forever.
 
I used The Spice and Tea Exchange's Coastal Blend for the seasoning.
