Quick Bratwurst Pizza is a super quick and yummy way to use up those leftover brats. Made in a flash with naan bread, a creamy mustard sauce, sauerkraut, red onions, sliced leftover brats and Swiss cheese! If you have 5 minutes to prep this, and 10 minutes to bake this, you will have dinner ready in no time!
Top flatbread with sauerkraut, red onions, sliced bratwurst and Swiss cheese.
Cook on a pizza stone in the oven for 8 minutes.
Change oven setting to broil, place pizza on the top rack and broil for 1-2 minutes, or until the top of pizza gets a little bubbly and brown. Make sure to watch it closely so it doesn't burn.
Serving size is ½ pizza.Please try to buy block cheese instead of pre-shredded if at all possible. The pre-shredded cheese has additives to keep it from clumping together, and this prevents it from melting properly.Preheating the pizza stone is not necessary for this recipe, as you will be using precooked naan bread for the crust. If you decide to use raw pizza dough instead, then preheating the stone is necessary.
