Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh basil
  • cup pistachios shelled
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients, except salt and pepper, to a food processor and blend to desired consistency. 
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

Mix with hot pasta, use as a spread for sandwiches, or use as a dip for bread.
