1 cup mayonnaise ¼ cup ketchup 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish 1 tablespoon pimientos diced 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce 1 teaspoon minced dried onion 1 hard-boiled egg chopped
Add all of the ingredients (except the hard-boiled egg) to a medium-sized mixing bowl. Whisk all ingredients together until thoroughly blended.
Mix in the hard-boiled egg. You don't want to mix too much, as you still want the pieces of egg.
If you want to make this vegan, you can use vegan mayo and some chopped, drained extra-firm tofu in place of the eggs
Make a batch of this dressing to use for sandwiches! I love to add it to a grilled turkey, tomato and bacon sandwich on sourdough bread. Yum!
Use this dressing as a dip for fried mushrooms or onion rings - or anything fried for that matter!
If you don't have apple cider vinegar, regular white vinegar, or white wine vinegar will work just fine.
