- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1½ cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup salted butter melted
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 medium apples peeled and diced
- 1 cup walnuts chopped
For Glaze Topping
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee
- ¼ cup salted butter melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix together all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Add wet ingredients, chopped apples and walnuts.
Spray a bundt pan generously with cooking spray. Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
While cake is baking, mix together the glaze ingredients.
After cake is done baking, remove from pan while hot and place on serving dish. Drizzle glaze on cake while it's still hot.
