Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup salted butter melted
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 medium apples peeled and diced
  • 1 cup walnuts chopped

For Glaze Topping

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee
  • ¼ cup salted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix together all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add wet ingredients, chopped apples and walnuts.
  • Spray a bundt pan generously with cooking spray. Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
  • While cake is baking, mix together the glaze ingredients.
  • After cake is done baking, remove from pan while hot and place on serving dish. Drizzle glaze on cake while it's still hot.
