Ingredients

- whole garlic - extra virgin olive oil - sea salt

Cut garlic in halves 

Line bottom of pan with garlic halves

Add water & olive oil mixture up to half way on each garlic bulb

Cover pan with aluminum foil

Garlic will have soaked up water & olive oil mixture

Garlic is roasted!

Now for the fun part! Squeeze each half of garlic to release roasted cloves.

Garlic spread is ready!
